อว. ผนึกสถาบันอุดมศึกษาทั่วประเทศ เปิดรับสมัครทุน “Thailand Scholarships 2569” กว่า 200 หลักสูตร มอบกว่า 170 ทุน ดึงนักศึกษานานาชาติเข้ามาเรียนในไทย ยกระดับอุดมศึกษาไทยสู่เวทีโลก

เมื่อวันที่ 26 ม.ค. ดร.ลักษมณ สมานสินธุ์ ผู้อำนวยการกองการต่างประเทศ สำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (สป.อว.) เปิดเผยว่า กระทรวง อว. โดยกองการต่างประเทศ สป.อว. ร่วมกับสถาบันอุดมศึกษาทั่วประเทศ เดินหน้าขับเคลื่อนความเป็นสากลของอุดมศึกษาไทย เปิดรับสมัครทุนการศึกษา “Thailand Scholarships ประจำปี 2569” ครอบคลุมกว่า 200 หลักสูตร พร้อมมอบทุนการศึกษากว่า 170 ทุน ทั้งในระดับปริญญาตรี ปริญญาโท ปริญญาเอก รวมถึงทุนแลกเปลี่ยนหรือฝึกอบรมระยะสั้น เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาต่างชาติจากทั่วโลกเข้ามาศึกษาและแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ในประเทศไทย

ผู้อำนวยการกองการต่างประเทศ กล่าวต่อว่า โครงการ Thailand Scholarships ถือเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการผลักดันประเทศไทยสู่การเป็นศูนย์กลางการศึกษาระดับภูมิภาคและระดับนานาชาติ โดยในปีการศึกษา 2569 ได้รับความร่วมมือจากสถาบันอุดมศึกษาทั่วประเทศในการเปิดหลักสูตรที่มีความหลากหลาย ครอบคลุมสาขาวิชาที่สอดคล้องกับทิศทางการพัฒนากำลังคนและทักษะแห่งอนาคต

ทั้งนี้ โครงการดังกล่าวมีเป้าหมายเพื่อยกระดับความเป็นสากลของระบบอุดมศึกษาไทย ควบคู่กับการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ในระดับภูมิภาคและระดับโลก สอดคล้องกับนโยบายรัฐบาลในการดึงดูดนักศึกษาต่างชาติเข้ามาศึกษาในประเทศไทย เพื่อส่งเสริมการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ และเสริมสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางการศึกษาระหว่างประเทศอย่างยั่งยืน Thailand Scholarships เป็นอีกก้าวสำคัญในการยกระดับอุดมศึกษาไทย สู่การเป็นศูนย์กลางการศึกษานานาชาติอย่างยั่งยืน” ดร.ลักษมณ กล่าว

MHESI Announces “Thailand Scholarships 2026”: Over 170 Scholarships for Global Talents to Study in Thailand

The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), Thailand, is proud to announce the launch of the “Thailand Scholarships 2026” (TS 2026). This initiative aims to foster “Education Diplomacy” by attracting top-tier international students to pursue higher education at Thailand’s leading universities, strengthening academic ties and cultural exchange on a global scale.

Program Overview

For the 2026 academic year, MHESI has collaborated with higher education institutions across the country to offer more than 170 scholarships. These grants cover over 200 programs at various academic levels, providing a wealth of opportunities in fields ranging from STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) to Social Sciences, Humanities, and the Arts.

Applicant Eligibility

To be eligible for the Thailand Scholarships 2026, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Nationality: Must be a non-Thai citizen.
