
MHESI Announces “Thailand Scholarships 2026”: Over 170 Scholarships for Global Talents to Study in Thailand
The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), Thailand, is proud to announce the launch of the “Thailand Scholarships 2026” (TS 2026). This initiative aims to foster “Education Diplomacy” by attracting top-tier international students to pursue higher education at Thailand’s leading universities, strengthening academic ties and cultural exchange on a global scale.
Program Overview
For the 2026 academic year, MHESI has collaborated with higher education institutions across the country to offer more than 170 scholarships. These grants cover over 200 programs at various academic levels, providing a wealth of opportunities in fields ranging from STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) to Social Sciences, Humanities, and the Arts.

Applicant Eligibility
To be eligible for the Thailand Scholarships 2026, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Nationality: Must be a non-Thai citizen.
Academic Excellence: Possess a strong academic record meeting the specific requirements of the chosen program and institution.
Language Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in English or Thai, as specified by the curriculum (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL, or equivalent).
Health & Conduct: Be in good physical and mental health with no criminal record.
Scholarship Benefits & Conditions

Full or Partial Tuition Fee Waivers.
